Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Shipping costs are determined between the seller and buyer/requester and requestee. The total fees should include the shipping amount. Both parties must agree on who pays for shipping before the transaction is finalized.

Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, buyers have 48 hours to report issues. Returns are processed through our support team with full refunds for valid claims.

For shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit: These issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and must be resolved directly with them. Needlee does not provide refunds or compensation for shipping-related problems.
