Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Shipping costs are determined between the seller and buyer/requester and requestee. The total fees should include the shipping amount. Both parties must agree on who pays for shipping before the transaction is finalized.

Needlee is not responsible for shipping errors, delays, or damages. Any shipping-related issues must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller, or through the shipping carrier's customer service.

Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, buyers have 48 hours to report issues. Returns are processed through our support team with full refunds for valid claims.
